Where is your pickup point?
Bebabeba Trade Centre, Shop A08. Come by during opening hours, Mon–Sat, 9am – 6pm. Closed Sunday. Message us first so we have your order ready when you arrive.
What do your products cost?
Packs run from KSh 500 to KSh 1,000. Every price is listed on the shop page, so there is nothing hidden and nothing to ask for.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver countrywide across Kenya. Message us with your location and we will confirm the delivery cost before you commit to anything.
How do I place an order?
Tap the order button on any product. WhatsApp opens with that item already written out, and we reply with the total and how it reaches you. There is no checkout to fill in.
How do I pay?
We arrange payment with you directly over WhatsApp once the order is confirmed. Nothing is paid through this website.
What does rabbit meat taste like?
Mild and slightly sweet, closer to chicken than to beef, but firmer. It is naturally lean and low in cholesterol, which is why most people try it in the first place. Our sausages and patties are seasoned, so they cook and taste much like any other you would buy.
What is in the products?
Rabbit meat and seasoning. No fillers, no preservatives, no colouring. We process the meat ourselves in small batches, which is the only way to be certain of that.
How should I store it?
Keep it frozen until the day you cook it, then thaw it in the fridge rather than on the counter. Message us if you want advice on a particular pack.
What is your returns policy?
Once you have confirmed delivery and accepted the item, ownership transfers to you.
